Competition

Competition-class with time registration (10km)

The trail distance is ca. 10,2 km: From Kreklingen Stadium and back to Kreklingen Stadium.

Enrolment competition-class

Youngest class in competition-class is 15 years old (b. 2011).

Saturday 5 September at 13:30 PM from Kreklingen Stadium.

Registration competition-class (EQ-timing)Balestrand Trailrun 2026

Period of registration: Februar 1th - September 4th, 2026 at 12:00 PM. For registrations after this, there will be an additional fee of NOK 100. NB! The deadline for registration is September 5th at 1:00 PM.

• NOK 150 15-17 years if full-year licence
• NOK 180 15-17 years incl. one-time license (NOK 30)
• NOK 300 18-22 years if full-year licence
• NOK 340 18-22 years incl. one-time license (NOK 40)
• NOK 400 23 years and older if full-year license
• NOK 440 23 years and older incl. one-time license (NOK 40)

License
The Norwegian Athletics Federation (NFIF) requires a license for all beginners over the age of 13 in competition. For events outside the track, you can choose between a one-time license and an all-year license.

Starting number

You pick up the starting number in competition-class at the secretariat-offfice in “Belehalii” (sports hall) on Saturday 5 September at 09:00PM - 12:30 AM.

Premiums

Competition-class - women and men.

1. place: NOK 2.000
2. place: NOK 1.500
3. place: NOK 1.000

In addition, there are premiums in each relevant competition-class for women and men.

Trim-class

Trim-class without time registration - 6 km or 10,2 km.

The trail distansc is 6 km. From Kreklingen Stadium and back to Kreklingen Stadium.

Payment trim-class:

• NOK 200 23 years >
• NOK 100 22 years <
• NOK 400 kr for families

Participating trim-class:

In trim-class - registration and optional start time Saturday 5 September between 09.00PM-11.30 AM.
• Registration trim-class in secretariat-office in “Belehalii-sports hall” ( VIPPS, payment card and cash)
• “Ja-steinen” (VIPPS and cash)

Children younger than 12 can only participate if accompanied by parents or other responsible adults. We encourage everyone in the trim-class to finish the 6 km trail before 13:00 PM. Everyone should bring a drinking bottle with water.
